Greg Conner has served as President of the Friends of Central Pool since 2021. He is a lifelong Noblesville resident. As a youth he was a member of the Noblesville Swim Club and worked at the Forest Park Aquatic Center as lifeguard, head lifeguard and pool manager. Greg attended Purdue University and has worked for Bastian Solutions since 2005 where he currently serves as Senior Vice President. Greg and his wife Lisa have four children who are all competitive swimmers.

Randy Crutchfield is a founding member of The Friends of Central Pool and has served as the Board’s Secretary since 1997. Randy has been a Noblesville Adult Swim Team member since 1992 and is an avid Master Swimmer. Randy is a proud graduate of Purdue University and spent 42 years working in the utility industry. He retired in April 2023 and spends his spare time volunteering at the Forest Park Aquatic Center. Randy and his wife Janice have lived in Fishers since 1990 and they have three children and six grandchildren.

Dick Sidner, a founding member of The Friends of Central Pool, has served as The Board’s Vice President since its inception in 1997. Dick has been a resident of Noblesville since 1986 and a member of the Noblesville Adult Swim Team since 1989. After a 28 year career as a biomedical research professor at the Indiana University School of Medicine, he is now a Level 4 Masters Swim Coach and helps triathletes, masters swimmers, students and others improve their swim skills in the pool and in open water.

Scott Hammersley has served as Treasurer of the Friends of Central Pool since 2023. He grew up in the Hamilton County area and attended Ball State University where he studied Finance and played Quarterback from 87-91. Scott has been in Commercial Banking since 1992 and currently is the Senior Vice President/Commercial Loan Group Manager for Community First Bank of Indiana (2019). Scott has 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren.
